The next major chapter of Diablo Immortal in its main questline, Crucible of Justice, is now live! In this new chapter, players will embark on a journey to cleanse their bodies of the darkness resulting from the shattering of the world stone shards. The ultimate goal is to become worthy of wielding El’druin, the legendary sword of Tyrael. This preparation is crucial for the upcoming showdown against Diablo.

Upon completing the final leg of Southern Dreadlands, players will gain access to an exciting new quest that will transport them to the frozen and creature-infested Cold Isles. In this perilous land, players will battle for their souls as they confront formidable foes.

Additionally, players can engage in Vanguard, the thrilling new co-op activity in Diablo Immortal, where groups of four can undertake various challenges tailored to different Difficulty Tiers. These challenges may include escorting an artifact, vanquishing a powerful Helliquary Boss, or thwarting a menacing Shardborne invasion.

Vanguard lets you team up with three other players to take on various challenging objectives. The specific objective you and your team must complete depends on your chosen difficulty tier. There are five different objectives, with some being unlocked only at higher difficulty tiers. These objectives can range from escorting a Guardian Spirit, defeating a powerful Helliquary Boss, to repelling a demon invasion while facing relentless attacks from all directions.

Mastering Vanguard skills will equip your party to confront formidable trials. As you progress through Vanguard, you can enhance and elevate each skill, amplifying your prowess with every victorious undertaking.

First, unlock Hell I and reach Deckard Cain’s basement to start your cooperative journey. Once there, you’ll come across the Vanguard portal. Choose to enter it to kick off your adventure. You can form a party of four with your friends or use matchmaking to find fellow adventurers to join you on your quest.

The difficulty you choose dictates the challenges you will encounter in Vanguard. As you progress, you will face increasingly tough obstacles that can only be overcome through teamwork. At the two highest difficulty levels, you’ll confront formidable Helliquary Bosses, who have reappeared to ruin the land and crush you. After emerging victorious in Vanguard, go to the extraction portal to claim your rewards. The rewards you receive will be greater if more of your party members survive, and the higher the difficulty level you complete, the more valuable the reward will be.
