Eight of the top Counter-Strike teams from around the globe will compete for the prestigious World Final 2024 trophy and a staggering prize pool of USD$1,000,000!
The upcoming event, supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), is set to be the largest of its kind in the country. It is expected to mark a major turning point in the country’s journey towards becoming a prominent global esports hub.
BLAST has partnered with AEG Presents Asia, a prominent global live entertainment company, to organize these events in Singapore. This collaboration is vital to BLAST’s mission to provide exceptional esports experiences by teaming up with premier venues and prominent live entertainment partners.
The World Final for Counter-Strike and Esports will feature five of the most dominant teams in the world. The top-ranked teams include NAVI at number 1, Team Vitality at number 2, G2 Esports at number 4, Team Spirit at number 5, and FaZe Clan at number 6. Three more teams eagerly compete for the remaining spots, and the final lineup will be confirmed by the end of September. Sentosa is gearing up to welcome top-tier esports athletes from across the globe. The lineup includes the exceptionally talented Danil “donk” Kryshkovets, celebrated as the MVP of the recent Copenhagen Major, Justinas “jL” Lekavičius, and Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut, who clinched the number one ranking in 2023. These formidable competitors are all vying for the prestigious World Final trophy.
