Just like the main tournaments, the Calling Manila Cosplay Competition is just as intense, as contestants from both here and abroad brought some of Flesh and Blood TCGs iconic cards to life. Yep, you heard that right. FaB Cosplay is not just about the iconic heroes that walk the world of Rathe but also sometimes includes creative interpretations of the art of the different card types in the game.

The prize, of course, is just as impressive as the costumes themselves. The “Taylor” card, awarded to the champion, can only be acquired by winning the competition and nowhere else. It is a collectible that fetches a pretty good price and only gets higher as the competition gets tougher. Even the participation prizes are great – featuring cards and playmats that can’t be acquired anywhere else. And, of course, the winners have their names forever etched in the game’s history as some of the best to ever bring their respective characters to life.

Ultimately, it was a Filipino FaB player who won the competition! Gray Luiz is locally known to be one of the most competitive and well-traveled players in the country, but he made the difficult decision of forgoing the main Calling event to pursue the big win in the Cosplay Competition, and it paid off big time!
