Have you always wondered what living in Tanjiro Kamado’s world is like? Well, you’re in for a treat as the Demon Slayer: Total Concentration Exhibition is now in the Philippines, and it’s happening on Level 3, New Gateway Mall 2, Araneta City from August 3, 2024, to October 27, 2024.
Fans and anime enthusiasts are promised an immersive and memorable experience upon entering the world of the series, which certainly did not fail to deliver. The exhibition allows visitors to relive the iconic moments and courageous battles between swordsmen and demons. This experience offers the chance to gain a deeper understanding of characters, learn new information, and become a full-fledged Demon Slayer Corps member by playing an event-exclusive mobile game.
From life-sized replicas of famous scenes to Philippine-inspired Demon Slayer merch, here are the things you can expect at the Demon Slayer: Total Concentration Exhibition:
Photo Spots at Every Corner
You can experience using different breathing styles at the photo spots that are available. It’s best to wear your Demon Slayer-inspired outfit to truly be immersed in defeating demons. There is also a guide on how to strike your best action pose, so don’t fret!
IG-Worthy Interactive Displays
Just like in the first season of the show, you’re welcomed in Mount Fujikasane by the Ubuyashiki twins. A dreamy spot surrounded by Wisteria. You have to see the flowers blooming in person!
The passenger seat on Mugen Train is our personal favorite. You can take selfies and group photos with your friends to look like you’re riding the train. The intense battle between Rengoku and Akaza can also be seen from the window!
Enmu’s creepy flesh is by the corner waiting for you! Its texture resembles a soft muscle, making you feel like you’re stepping on Enmu’s flesh.
Kimetsu Academy’s classroom is also here! You can be their classmate in this spin-off universe where Demon Slayer’s main characters are modern students!
Stunning Artworks and Displays
A bunch of artists’ collections, stunning artworks, and frame-by-frame sketches commemorating the passion and determination of characters and popular scenes in the anime. However, management prohibited taking pictures and recording the displays. More reason to come and witness them yourself.
Pinoy Demon Slayer Merch
Finally, upon reaching the end, the exhibition features country-specific merchandise. In this case, Philippine-exclusive designs are available at the store. From table mats and acrylic stands to passport holders and keychains, visitors were hooked to grab at least one as a souvenir of this epic experience.
