From humble beginnings in grassroots amateur tournaments, TNT, the value brand of Smart Communications, Inc., takes a bold step into professional esports with the official launch of its team, Tropang Alab. The team is set to compete on December 13-15 and December 20-22 in qualifiers for the upcoming Honor of Kings (HOK) Invitational Season 3.
Meet the Tropang Alab Roster
The TNT Tropang Alab roster brings together some of the Philippines’ finest esports talents:
- Midlaner: Carlito Ribo (IGN: Ribo), a former M2 World Champion for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (ML)
- Clash Laner: Carl Jioseppe Lacsam (IGN: Calm)
- Jungler: Mark Clinton Pelayo (IGN: Fate)
- Farm Laner: John Christian (IGN: Jaycee)
- Roamers: Ronnel Tan (IGN: Stronger) and Charles Richard Orlain (IGN: Yato)
- Coach: Jemvic Pingol (IGN: Mori)
Clad in TNT’s iconic colors, Tropang Alab is poised to make waves in Honor of Kings (HOK), a fast-paced multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game. Since its launch in the Philippines by Level Infinite in June, HOK has captivated gamers with its engaging gameplay and growing competitive scene.
Strengthening the Filipino Esports Scene

Looking Ahead to the HOK Invitational Season 3
The team is gearing up for the local qualifiers in early 2025, aiming to secure a spot in the HOK Invitational Season 3 and further elevate Filipino representation on the global stage.
